How long does it take for delivery?

Typically, it takes about 45 minutes to an hour, but the delivery time can vary based on volume and time of day. We strongly recommend placing lunch, catering, and larger orders in advance to secure your desired delivery time.

What is the cost and delivery hours?

$2 service fee applies to phone orders
$2 low order fee applies to orders under $15

Can I order from multiple restaurants?

You may order from multiple restaurants, but the minimum order and delivery fee is assessed per restaurant.

What are my payment options?

Cash, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Business Checks.

Should I tip the driver?

Gratuity is not included. A gratuity comparable to what you would tip inside a restaurant is appreciated.

Can I order from a restaurant outside my delivery area?

Out of area deliveries are available with a $75 minimum order, 15% gratuity and advance notice. Please Contact us to place an order.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed with the restaurant. If you need to cancel or make changes to an advanced order, please contact a customer service representative.

How do I redeem a gift certificate?

To redeem a gift certificate code login to the my account page and enter code in the redeem gift certificate box. Once the code has been redeemed apply amount in the gift certificate box during checkout. A customer account is required to use a gift certificate.

How do I redeem a coupon code?

Enter redemption code in the discount box during checkout. A customer account is required to use a coupon code.

How do I use a gift card?

Enter gift card number in the gift card box during checkout. A customer account is required to use a gift card.

How do I redeem a rewards points?

Rewards points can be redeemed online for gift cards and more! Click here to redeem rewards or check your current rewards point balance.

Can I use my restaurant coupon or gift card for delivery?

No, only Food Dudes Delivery coupons and promotions apply to delivery orders.

How do I know my online order has been placed?

Login and view the my account page to see your order history. If you ordered as a guest, a confirmation email will be sent immediately after the order has been placed.
